Swinford Parish Council

Cllr Clapham is the Chair of the Parish Council for 2018/19, he has previously served as Vice Chair.

Cllr Clapham is not an authorised signatory on the Parish Council bank accounts. He is responsible for checking and approving the monthly bank reconciliations prepared by the Responsible Financial Officer.
